This website is hosted by UD Media GmbH, Kölner Straße 28, 41812 Erkelenz, Germany. When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, file requested, browser type). Processing is carried out to ensure a smooth connection and system security on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). 3. Contact form and getting in touch

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and subject, and your message) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or, where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The contact form is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). For the technical processing and delivery of form messages we use Web3Forms, a service operated by Web3Creative. The form data is transmitted to Web3Forms, processed and forwarded to our email inbox. Web3Creative is based in India and uses technical sub-processors that may process data outside the European Economic Area. According to the provider, such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in the Web3Forms privacy policy and data processing agreement.

4. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Enquiries via the contact form are deleted after final processing, unless retention obligations apply.
